Events Organiser up to £23k + bonus Central London

Do you have 1 years + experience in organising events, conference and/or exhibitions? A leading central London Publishing & Conferencing company requires an Events Organiser to join the exciting and busy Operations team of 11.

The Operations team is charged with the effective and efficient management of the logistics of all the department’s events and as such this is a fast-paced and demanding role.

Salary: up to £23,000 + discretionary bonus (around £3k).

You'll be fully responsible for running approximately 12 events each year (with training and guidance), held in the UK and other locations around the globe. As a result this role will involve a large amount of international travel.

You'll be responsible for looking after the speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, budgets, venue, AV, documentation, signage, Health & Safety and more for each event you organise.

You should be a quick learner, have outstanding organising and multi-tasking skills, able to work quickly and efficiently, take initiative, have a positive attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure. You should also be a good negotiator and have good financial/budgeting understanding.

Marketing Administrator £18,000-£20,000 Central London

Are you a Marketing graduate with an interest in Direct Marketing? An international Conference and Events company requires a Marketing Administrator to join their Marketing team ASAP, due to the promotion of the current job holder.

Salary: £18,000-£20,000 + up to £2k commission + benefits.

You’ll be a Marketing graduate with up to 1 years experience within a B2B conferences/events environment and the following skill set:
•A good understanding of Marketing principles
•Keen interest in a career in Direct Marketing
•Efficient and highly organised multi-tasker
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Good time management - capable of meeting tight deadlines
•Able to juggle multiple projects
•Enthusiasm, drive & determination

As the Marketing Administrator for the conference division you’ll be responsible for forging strategic marketing partnerships with associations, publications and research organizations as well as supporting the delivery of event marketing campaigns by fulfilling the key administrative tasks.

You’ll report to the Head of Commercial and Marketing Operations and work closely with the Marketing team to ensure the success and smooth running of the conference marketing campaigns.
